MISSION STATEMENT
To institute public interest
legal actions to protect the environment and promote the right
to a clean and healthy environment.
The Environmental Action Network
(TEAN) is a public interest litigation group dedicated to using
litigation to advance protection of the environment and public
health in general.
TEAN is active in tobacco control and is a member of the Framework Convention
Alliance (FCA), Globalink
and is a participant in the Global Partnerships Programme.
